Program description. Quality HVAC Solutions LLC sends transactional text messages to customers who request HVAC service on https://www.qualityhvacsolution.com and opt in to text messaging: booking confirmations, technician name and arrival window, appointment reminders, and notices if a request cannot be fulfilled. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How you opt in. By checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our dispatch request form, under the mobile number field. It is not required to request service, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Varies based on your request. Message and data rates may apply.
